Tip of the Week

4 cups cooked white rice
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 12-oz. cans evaporated milk

Spray the inside of a 3-4 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and stir to blend. cover and cook on low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until rice has absorbed the liquid. Stir before serving.
