Tip of the Week

6 cups cinnamon raisin bread cubes
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup egg product
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Spray a 3-4 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place cubes of bread in the crockpot and sprinkle with raisins.

In medium bowl, combine egg product, water, vanilla, cinnamon and sweetened condensed milk and blend. Pour over ingredients in crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until a toothpick inserted in center of pudding comes out clean. Serve warm.
