Tip of the Week

Make your favorite brownies and cool them completely. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out hearts and place them on a wire rack. Then make a chocolate ganache. Bring 1 cup heavy cream to a boil, then pour over 1 12-oz. pkg. of semisweet chocolate chips. Stir until blended and smooth. Using a ladle, pour the ganache over the brownie hearts to coat completely. When the ganache is cool, decorate with candies, decorator icing, and white and dark chocolate.
