De mantequilla 1 / 2 taza de
1 huevo
1 taza de azúcar
1 taza de fechas picada (no el tipo de picadas pre)
1 cdta. de vainilla
2 tazas de cereal de arroz crujiente
azúcar en polvo

Derrita la mantequilla a fuego lento en una olla pesada. Retire del fuego y agregue el huevo, el azúcar y las fechas. Mezclar bien. Volver al fuego y cocine, revolviendo frecuentemente, hasta que los ingredientes están fundidas. Agregue la vainilla y los cereales. Gota a cucharadas de azúcar en polvo y la forma en bolas.
