Rocky Road Chocolate SauceFrom Betty Crocker´s ´Boys and Girl´s Cookbook´: 1 package chocolate fudge frosting mix 2 tablespoons butter, softened 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 2/3 cup milk 1 cup miniature marshmallows Combine frosting mix, butter and corn syrup in top half of a double boiler. Add the milk slowly, whisking constantly. Place over simmering water and heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is creamy and smooth. Cool slightly and stir in marshmallows. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
