Tip of the Week

1 16-oz. pkg. pitted prunes
1 11-oz. pkg. dried apricots
2 13-oz. cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 29-oz. can peach slices, drained
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
12 oz. ginger ale

Combine all ingredients in 4-5 quart crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on low 4-5 hours until fruit is tender and mixture is thickened. Serve over ice cream or pound cake.
